I’ve been down with a bad cold for the past five days. It started off mild but got worse after the first day. I usually avoid taking medicine for a common cold, but this time I had to because I couldn’t even get out of bed. Normally, I start feeling better by the fifth day, but this time I still feel weak and tired. I’ve been having soups and black pepper tea, but it’s been hard to breathe through my nose. Earlier, I never felt this drained during a cold, but maybe because I’ve been on other medicines lately, my immunity has become weaker. I had these pictures saved in my drafts but couldn’t post them earlier. Today, I’m feeling a little better, so I’m finally posting.
पिछले पाँच दिनों से मुझे ज़ोर का ज़ुकाम है। शुरुआत में हल्का था, लेकिन पहले दिन के बाद और बढ़ गया। मैं आमतौर पर सर्दी-जुकाम में दवा नहीं लेती, लेकिन इस बार लेनी पड़ी क्योंकि मैं बिस्तर से भी नहीं उठ पा रही थी। आमतौर पर पाँचवें दिन तक ठीक हो जाती हूँ, लेकिन इस बार अभी भी बहुत थकान और कमजोरी महसूस हो रही है। मैं सूप और काली मिर्च वाली चाय ले रही हूँ, लेकिन नाक से साँस लेने में दिक्कत हो रही थी। पहले कभी इतनी थकावट नहीं होती थी, पर शायद दूसरी दवाइयाँ लेने की वजह से इम्युनिटी कमजोर हो गई है। ये तस्वीरें मैंने ड्राफ्ट में सेव की थीं, लेकिन तब पोस्ट नहीं कर पाई। आज थोड़ा बेहतर महसूस हो रहा है, तो अब पोस्ट कर रही हूँ।
Today’s post features colorful leaves, fresh green ferns and rain-kissed daisies.
आज की पोस्ट में हैं रंग-बिरंगे पत्ते, हरे-भरे फ़र्न और बारिश से भीगी डेज़ी के फूल।
These were small yellow green leaves growing on a thorny stem. The leaves had a touch of brown and tiny water droplets on them. I edited the images..one to make it look more vibrant and colorful, and the other in a monochrome black and white style.
ये छोटी पीली-हरी पत्तियाँ थीं जो कांटेदार डंठल पर उगी हुई थीं। पत्तियों पर हल्का भूरा रंग और पानी की बूंदें जमी हुई थीं। मैंने दो तस्वीरें एडिट कीं । एक को ज़्यादा रंगीन और चमकदार बनाया, और दूसरी को ब्लैक-एंड-व्हाइट मोनोक्रोम स्टाइल में।
These lovely green ferns were growing on a moss covered rock wall. Their slightly wet, glistening surface caught my attention. I actually took these pictures last month.
ये खूबसूरत हरी फर्न काई लगी पत्थर की दीवार पर उग रही थीं। उनकी हल्की गीली और चमकती सतह ने मेरा ध्यान खींच लिया। ये तस्वीरें दरअसल पिछले महीने की हैं।
The next two flowers are from my uncle’s flower pots. They’re simple, but their colors were really bright and vibrant.
अगले दो फूल मेरे चाचा के गमलों के हैं। ये साधारण फूल हैं, लेकिन इनके रंग बहुत चमकदार और खूबसूरत थे।
And now these last pictures are of daisies covered with water droplets. I see them every time on my walk, and they always catch my eye...whether it’s sunny, cloudy, or rainy. I really liked the patterns made by the droplets on them.
अब ये आखिरी तस्वीरें पानी की बूंदों से ढकी डेज़ी फूलों की हैं। मैं इन्हें अपनी सैर के दौरान हमेशा देखती हूँ, और ये हर बार मेरा ध्यान खींच लेते हैं।चाहे धूप हो, बादल हों या बारिश। मुझे इन पर बनी पानी की बूंदों की बनावट बहुत पसंद आई।
