I went for a walk during golden hour, about an hour before sunset. The sun looked like a soft glowing yellow ball in the sky. The light at that time was really beautiful. It gently lit everything around me and made the colors stand out more. The greens of the trees felt fresher, the reds of the buildings looked warmer, and even the blue of the sky seemed deeper and calmer.
मैं गोल्डन आवर के समय, यानी सूर्यास्त से लगभग एक घंटे पहले, टहलने निकली। सूरज आसमान में एक नरम, चमकता हुआ पीला गोला लग रहा था। उस समय की रोशनी बहुत खूबसूरत थी। वह आसपास की हर चीज़ को हल्के से रोशन कर रही थी और रंगों को और उभार रही थी। पेड़ों की हरियाली और ताज़ा लग रही थी, इमारतों के लाल रंग में एक गर्माहट थी, और आसमान का नीला रंग भी और गहरा और शांत महसूस हो रहा था।
Since it’s just the beginning of spring, there aren’t many daisies yet. Maybe by mid April, the paths will be fuller and more colorful.
चूंकि अभी बसंत की शुरुआत है, इसलिए अभी ज्यादा डेज़ी के फूल नहीं हैं। शायद अप्रैल के मध्य तक रास्ते और ज्यादा भरे हुए और रंगीन हो जाएंगे।
Then I noticed this, right along the path. A small wild plant with a soft white fluffy seed head, almost like a tiny cotton ball. Around it were a few buds, some still closed and some just starting to dry out after blooming. The leaves were rough and jagged, with a mix of green and reddish stems running through them. The sunlight was falling perfectly on it, making the white fluff glow and stand out against the darker greens in the background.
फिर मेरी नज़र इस पर पड़ी, रास्ते के किनारे ही। एक छोटा सा जंगली पौधा, जिसके ऊपर मुलायम सफेद फूला हुआ बीज था, बिल्कुल छोटे से रुई के गोले जैसा। उसके आसपास कुछ कलियाँ थीं, कुछ अभी बंद थीं और कुछ खिलने के बाद सूखने लगी थीं। पत्तियाँ खुरदुरी और किनारों से दाँतेदार थीं, जिनमें हरे और हल्के लाल डंठलों का मेल दिख रहा था। उस पर धूप बिल्कुल सही तरीके से पड़ रही थी, जिससे वह सफेद फुलाव चमक रहा था और पीछे की गहरी हरियाली के बीच अलग से उभर कर दिख रहा था।
