Bienvenido a un nuevo balance en el que presento datos sobre la iniciativa Palabras que inspiran. Me gusta parar de vez en cuando, analizar cómo van las cosas para introducir las mejoras pertinentes o dejar de hacer lo que no funciona. Eso es, en definitiva, el aprendizaje continuo y muestra de que la iniciativa sigue viva.
Antes de comenzar te recuerdo los tres requisitos que deben cumplirse para la consideración de candidaturas válidas:
- Post publicados en la comunidad Holos&Lotus utilizando Ecency.
- Utilizar entre las 5 primeras etiquetas: #ecency

Para el análisis del último trimestre de 2023 tomamos los datos de las ediciones 34 a 44, ambas incluidas. Durante este período han sido 85 las publicaciones válidas para esta iniciativa. Hay un aumento significativo que se debe a los dos cambios principales que se han llevado a la práctica desde el último balance:
- El paso de ser bimensuales a trimestrales.
- El reinicio de la lista de autores que optan a ser candidatos y la posibilidad de repetir más veces.
Hasta el momento han participado 86 autores diferentes, habiéndose incorporado 12 de ellos en los 3 meses contemplados en este balance.
Este es el resumen del total de candidaturas en cada edición:
El reinicio de la lista de autores ha devuelto la variedad de publicaciones candidatas cada semana, por lo que seguiré con la línea iniciada, teniendo en cuenta priorizar a los autores que no hayan sido homenajeados hasta la fecha, así como el historial de participación en la comunidad.
Con este informe doy por cerrado el año 2023. Espero que tengáis tantas ganas como yo de seguir aprendiendo de las experiencias que Holos&Lotus nos brinda a través de las palabras de sus miembros. Ya estoy seleccionando candidatos para homenajear, así que en una semana conoceréis al que inaugurará la lista de esta iniciativa en 2024.

Welcome to a new balance sheet in which I present data on the Words that Inspire initiative. I like to stop from time to time, to analyse how things are going, to make improvements or to stop doing what is not working. This is, in short, continuous learning and shows that the initiative is still alive.
Before I begin, I would like to remind you of the three requirements that must be met for nominations to be considered valid:
- Post published in the Holos&Lotus community using Ecency.
- Use in the first 5 tags: #ecency.

For the analysis of the last quarter of 2023 we took the data from issues 34 to 44, both included. During this period there have been 85 valid publications for this initiative. There is a significant increase which is due to the two main changes that have been implemented since the last balance sheet:
- The change from bi-monthly to quarterly.
- The restarting of the list of eligible authors and the possibility to repeat more times.
So far, 86 different authors have participated, 12 of them in the three months covered by this report.

The restart of the list of authors has brought back the variety of candidate publications each week, so I will continue along the same lines, taking into account prioritising authors who have not been honoured to date, as well as the history of participation in the community.
With this report I close the year 2023. I hope you are as eager as I am to continue learning from the experiences that Holos&Lotus offers us through the words of its members. I am already selecting candidates to honour, so in a week you will know who will inaugurate the list of this initiative in 2024.
