Hello wonderful community of HiveBR, it's me again. The theme for this week will reveal how creative we are when it comes to dishes. And what I love here in our place is the freshness of the food we cooked. Before my husband worked in Manila he was the most hardworking farmer and fisherman I've ever met. He also teach our son to catch shrimp using it's hands. At first I couldn't believe, I was worried that they will got hurt. But many kids catch shrimp. Sometimes they sell it or they brought it home for eating.
We have all the sizes of shrimp here in water world. From small to to large, cheapest to pricey. You're income or satisfaction will depend on your strategy. But my husbands technique was; when shrimp season came he focused on catching them. There was time when we ate the dead shrimp, because the strong ones are for selling.
After my husband regularly worked in Manila a lot of changes happened to our place. Electricity for catching shrimp nor longer exist. Using hands are more helpful. And here are dishes we made from shrimps.
The second dish is called Tomato soup Shrimp. In a casserole just add onion, ginger, seasoning, water, fish sauce and tomatoes. Boil all the ingredients, then add the clean shrimps. Cooked them and adjust according to taste desire. To make the soup more tastier hubby slightly peel the head, so the fats will blend in the soup.
While the first and third dish is cooked with three ingredients. Salt, seasoning and cooking oil. In a pan add the clean shrimps add salt and seasoning cover the pan. You will notice the shrimp water will came out. Turn around the shrimps and when it dries out slightly fry the shrimps. And that's easy were done.
Hope you like my simple dishes
