June is not my favourite month in Japan, and this June was no exception. You get a double whammy of rain and humidity, with temperatures ratcheting upwards as the month progresses.
It was also a bit sluggish on the online business front. However, I more than compensated for those negatives with my Hive token progress. In that regard, June turned out to be the best month of the year, so far!

Hive Power: 2025 Goal Achieved
Early in the month I transferred 0.003 BTC from FreeBitco.in to my Hive account and powered up enough Hive to hit my 10,000 HP in 2025 target six months ahead of schedule!
Hive Backed Dollar (HBD) - Steady Progress...
My HBD savings increased from 5,527 to 5,602 HBD in June. While this is still far from my s-t-r-e-t-c-h goal of 12,000 HBD by 31st December, the growth is steady, and the interest continues to compound, earning me approximately 2.3 HBD per day, or more or less one 350ml can of Kirin Ichiban Shibori per day, and a weekly bonus large packet of 7-11 peanuts. 🍺😎
Second-Layer Token Progress
Good news! For the first time this year, my CTPSB holdings recovered and climbed from a 2025 low of 380 tokens to finish the month on 398 tokens. Let's see if I can get the total back over 400 in July!
Now that I've hit my Hive Power target, I'm turning my attention towards hitting my LEN/LENM liquidity pool target of 500 shares. I was able to add 22 shares to my pool total in June, which is similar to my rate of progress in May (20 shares). However, I'm quite confident that I will hit my 2025 target in the second half of the year.
I'm also making steady progress towards my staked SPS target for my @chironcentaurus Splinterlands account. It rose from 1,301 to 1,441, so I'm on track for 2,000 by the end of the year without needing to change what I'm doing on that account.
My PWR/SwapHive pool is growing very slowly, and I doubt that I will hit my target. That's because the price of PWR has risen substantially, and I'm not so eager to buy high. Instead, I will simply keep on tipping my dividend into the liquidity pool.
Delegations
I was able to hit two more delegation targets in June: Ecency (3003 HP delegated) and Alive (1000 Alive delegated to @heartbeatonhive).
Now I can turn my attention to hitting my last delegation target for 2025, 3,500 HP delegated to @chessbrotherspro. In June I raised my delegation on this project from 2,528 HP to 2,575 HP.
Splinterlands Blood Boltered Guild
I was able to upgrade the Guild Store to level 2. We had accumulated enough GP in May, but needed to complete a couple of Brawls to get enough Crowns to complete the job. That was accomplished in June. I am still hoping to upgrade the store to level 3 this year, but for now we are concentrating on upgrading the Barracks.
July Targets
I will continue to power up HIVE to speed me on my way to my ChessBrothersPro delegation target.
On the second tier, I intend to get my CTPSB total back above 400. Then I will focus on boosting my LEN/LENM pool shares.
I also intend to keep on buying DEC and converting it to Guild Power to upgrade the Barracks - perhaps achieving that in July before turning my attention back to the Guild Store.
