I can't realy find the info abou this big weevil, and Google only advise me with Strigapoderus javanicus. There are not many info about this species though, only the genus that has the info. Strigapoderus is a genus of leaf-rolling weevils in the beetle family Attelabidae in the subfamily Apoderinae.
It has a big body for a weevil, which mostly the one that I managed to find usually a little bit hard to notice. but his one is different with a big body and a bright color, make it easy to spot in the green color of the leaves it was resting on.

It tried to hide from me by hiding on the underside of the leaf, but I sitll managed to take the shot. Then it quickly move back, and then flew away.

But I was a little bit lucky, because of its big size, I can still track its flight and then managed to get to more shots after it landed. Such a beautiful creature for sure.
