Meatballs in an oxygen-rich environment

Hello friends. This is my first post in this community. It cannot be said that I am talented in cooking. Since I lived most of my life with my family, I did not feel the need to cook. Actually, this is something that comes from within. I also have friends who live with their families and cook great meals. My friends prepared and cooked the meatballs that I will talk about later.

Merhaba arkadaşlar. Bu topluluktaki ilk paylaşımım. Yemek pişirme konusunda yetenekli olduğum söylenemez. Hayatımın büyük bölümünü ailem ile yaşadığım için yemek yapma ihtiyacı duymadım. Aslında bu biraz içten gelen bir şey. Ailesi ile yaşayıp çok güzel yemekler yapan arkadaşlarım da var. Az sonra değineceğim köfteleri arkadaşlarım hazırlayıp pişirdi.

I wasn't there when the meatballs were being prepared, spices were poured on them and they were put on skewers. That's why I couldn't take photos of that moment. It is both healthier and more practical to stick the meatballs on wooden sticks and cook them. Our group was 5 people. People get hungrier in environments where there is plenty of oxygen. That's why we provided the ingredients to feed 6-7 people..

Köfte hazırlanırken, üzerine baharatlar dökülüp şişlere takılırken orada değildim. Bu yüzden o ana ait fotoğrafları çekemedim. Köfteleri tahta çubuklara takıp pişirmek hem daha sağlıklı hem de pratik oluyor. Grubumuz 5 kişilikti. Oksijenin bol olduğu ortamlarda kişi daha fazla acıkıyor. Bu yüzden 6-7 kişinin doyabileceği şekilde malzemeleri temin ettik.

It is more delicious if the food is cooked over a wood fire. After burning the twigs, we added coal to it. The fire continued to burn until it turned into embers.

Yemeğin odun ateşinde pişmesi daha lezzetli oluyor. Çalı çırpıyı yaktıktan sonra üzerine kömür ekledik. Ateş köz halini alana dek yanmaya devam etti.

We placed the meatballs on the grill and left them over the fire. As the meatballs cooked, we turned the grill upside down so that the other side of the meatballs would also cook.

Köfteleri ızgaraya yerleştirdik, ateşin üzerine bıraktık. Köfteler piştikçe ızgarayı ters çevirdik, köftenin diğer tarafı da pişsin diye.

The meatballs were cooked in about 10 minutes. We started eating warm meatballs with loaf of bread. Meanwhile, we added the remaining meatballs to the grill.

Köfteler yaklaşık 10 dakikada pişti. Sıcacık köfteleri somun ekmekle yemeye başladık. Bu sırada kalan köfteleri de ızgaraya ekledik.

While barbecuing, we put peppers, tomatoes, eggplants, garlic and sometimes onions into the embers of the fire and wait for them to cook. Vegetables cooked over embers are very delicious. I especially recommend you to try cooked garlic.

Barbekü yaparken biber, domates, patlıcan, sarımsak bazen de soğanı köz ateşin içine atıp pişmesini bekleriz. Köz ateşte pişen sebzeler oldukça lezzetli oluyor. Özellikle pişmiş sarımsağı denemenizi tavsiye ederim .
