This Sunday I want to make a lunch menu from papaya flowers and shrimp which I will combine for today's dish.

Heat the water first, wait until it boils, then add the papaya flowers to boil, then add 1 tablespoon of salt, Then we boil it for about 10 minutes to remove the bitter taste of the papaya flowers, if it has changed color a little then we set it aside.
Secondly, here I start with the shrimp, put lime and salt into the shrimp and let it sit for a while.
Next, I cut the shallots and chilies and other ingredients according to your wishes.
Heat the oil then add the ingredients we cut earlier into the hot oil, then wait a little then add the tauco and stir again.
Next add the prawns and stir until the prawns change color and add water as desired, then add the papaya flowers and stir again until the spices are evenly distributed, correct the taste if it doesn't taste like tauco, you can add more before cooking.
