Snacking; popped corn

Welcome to my blog, today we're doing another snack and a healthy one, as you may like.

Snacking is something that happens on a daily but your choice of snacks tells if you're taking a healthy one or not base on what you're snacking on. Today am doing pop corn, do you know that corn contains all the b vitamins that is beneficial for the brain and the heart so to speak. And it's a simple, quick and easy snack to making without taking much time.

Popcorn is rich in dietary fiber and healthy to snack on. It's advisable for one who wants to manage weight to take in moderation. Eating in moderation and healthy is the best of it.

Popping my corn

Ingredients to making Pop corn

  • 200g of corn
  • 1 tablespoon of Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 90ml of vegetable oil

One straight step
Put your pot on fire and pour in the vegetable oil. Add your salt, sugar and pour in the corn and cover the pot.

The corn is popping.


It's all popped and shouldn't be allowed in the pot for long it's it will burn and the taste will be lost.
