This looks very yummy. I love green asparagus. I made crumbled eggs with green asparagus once and it was delicious.

Yes, it's very tasty. We're cooking this often in the spring season.

My wife and I too. Asparagus is probably the only vegetable we don't grow ourselves. Right now, I am cooking a vegetable lasagne with our vegetables from the field.

I planted ten seedlings six years ago. Everybody said the soil is not good here for asparagus, but after two years, I harvest 2-3 kilos in a season :)
