AssalamuAlaikum & Greetings Everyone!
It's me @amjadsharif
Today I am going to share with you a recipe that is usually made at home, which is called "Karela Goshat" bitter meat in the local language. This is a traditional village recipe with an amazing aroma and taste. Not only will you make it yourself, but your guests will also be licking their fingers. Let's start making it now.

- Bitter Gourd: ¼ KG
- Chicken: ¼ KG
- Oil/ Ghee: ½ Cup
- Garam Masala: 1 tbsp
- Tamato: 1
- Onion: 2 ( Chopped)
- Ginger + Garlic: Paste 1 tsp
- Red Chili: 1 tsp
- Salt: 1 tsp
- Turmeric: 1 tsp
- Green Chili: 3 pieces

First of all, I peeled the bitter gourds and cut them into small pieces, and then I put salt on them. Now I will keep them in the sun for about half an hour so that their bitterness goes away.

Now I have washed the bitter gourds, dried them a little. I have taken half a cup of oil, put it in a pan, and heated it slightly. I put bitter gourd in hot oil to fry. When they turn completely brown, I will separate them from the oil. The bitter gourds have turned completely brown now, I have separated them from the oil.

Because oil is already hot, we add chopped onions to it. Whenever they turn brown well, now I have started adding ginger garlic paste to it. It will be fried for a minute.

Now add chicken to it and fry the chicken well. After that, I added hot spices, red chili, salt, and turmeric powder. I fried for a while.

Now I have added chopped tomatoes to it and Add a glass of water and green chillies and put it on the tail. When the chicken is well-cooked.

We add the roasted bitter gourds and cook it for a while more so that it is well cooked. Our Karela Goshat "bitter gourd" chicken recipe is ready.

I have dished it out and started eating it with bread. This recipe is very delicious. You will definitely try it. See you in the next post.
