Now it's summer in Bangladesh, I mean it feels very hot, but even though it's summer, there are many different kinds of fruits available during this time, one of the most well-known fruits is mango.It is rich in calories, carbohydrates, proteins and also contains a small amount of fat. It mainly supplies vitamins A and C, which are very beneficial for our body. That is why big doctors often recommend eating seasonal fruits.I love mangoes, but I like raw mangoes even better, especially the raw mango makh which I will share with you today.so, let's start!
Necessary ingredients
● Mango ----> 6 -7
● salt ----> As much as possible
● sugar -----> 2 ½ tea spoon
● Dried chili ---> 5 - 6
● cumin ----> 2 tea spoon
Preparation method:
Step - 01
First, I picked the mangoes from the tree, washed them thoroughly, and then peeled them.
Step - 02
Then I sliced the mangoes finely.
Step - 03
Then I took a mortar and pestle and pounded the mangoes well.

Then, in another mortar, I mixed salt, turmeric, and cumin seeds and pounded them well.

Then I added powdered salt, cumin seeds, and sugar to the mango paste.

Then I mixed them well and thus the mango paste was made.

Then I served them.
