Shine Bright

This jumping spider was actually hiding behind the curled dried leaf that you can see on the left side of the fram, But because of my curiosity, I found this spider there.

The funny thing was this guy was not afraid at all, although it small size, I think it has a big heart to be agresive to anythig that might disturb its presence.

This shiny jumping spider is the metalllic blue jumper spider. Thiania bhamoensis is a species of jumping spider that has aggressive fighting behavior. This species is iridescent green-blue.. No wonder it has that huge gut to try to defend its teritory when I tried to distrub it.

The metalis color of this spider is so mesmerizing, I think the shiny color has some kind of camouflage benefit, becase as you can see in the photo, how it has the sam ecolor as the color of the leaf on the background.

Great shots, gorgeous spider.

I think that little guy was ready to fight you. He didn't want you anywhere near him. I could tell by his stance he was ready to pounce. Good shots.

I like the greenish color. Despite it's beauty, it seems an aggressive and defensive towards invaders.
