On this occasion I would like to share some photos that I took when I was in an area where there is a fairly large oil palm plantation, usually here we find workers who are harvesting oil palm in this plantation.
And they work enthusiastically to harvest oil palm from this plantation, every fourteen days the oil palm will be harvested routinely and they will generate a fee from the harvest they have obtained for each kilogram they get three percent of the weight of the oil palm they harvest, after being weighed their wages will be given directly after the harvest is complete.
