Invention is a beautiful thing because humans get to create and build things that makes life easier. If I were to choose one invention I find brilliant, it would be the "Internet". This thing changed everything,it has bridged the world in ways generations prior to it could only dream of. It has brought knowledge, opportunities, connections and even entertainment to the palm of our hands. I wasn't born when there was no Internet, but I've experienced having no Internet especially in the village where there's little or no connection, with it I imagine what it was like when there was completely none. I know humans have adaptation power so they were probably used to it, but I am glad this innovation came in.
I just love how much Internet empowers people. I'm a firsthand proof to that. As someone who writes, creates and explores different ideas, the Internet has been so helpful. I've been able to make friends from different countries, shared my work and even learnt new useful skill.
My second favorite invention is the sewing machine. The general credit for developing the first sewing machine is giving to Thomas Saint and it was in 1970.
The sewing machine is one invention that has transformed fashion and even survival. It has made sewing easier, and many households now have it.
I love how the sewing machine empowers people to become creators. In many places, including Nigeria sewing has become part of livelihood. Tailors and fashion designers have used this machine to express culture, and personal style. And it's a blessing that I have mine and I I'm able to create with it.
So yes, invention is a really beautiful thing and many good things have been invented and has actually transformed many lives.
So if there's something I wish to be invented or that I would invent if I could is a universal translator earbud, something small and wearable that instantly translates any language in real time. That way one can easily travel to another country and.communicate well with your friends without the language barrier.
