I saw this bird land at a distance, and at first I wasn't sure what it was until I zoomed in a bit closer and noticed the spots. It is a young robin, a teenager out on the town. I feel like for every 10 robins I see, 1 of them is young like this. I think once they leave the nest, their spotted period only lasts so long before their belly pattern turns to a more solid orange color.
