This Snowy White Owl is a rescue bird; it had an injury and can't fly anymore, so it ended up under the care of my local Calgary zoo. It has an open enclosure where you're actually are inside where this owl lives. There is a male and female pair, both of them in a similar situation. They were pretty calm and relaxed as they sat, occasionally turning their heads to observe what was going on around them.
I think it is not a great idea to share the same blog into the same subreddit again...
Her elegance remains unaffected by her injuries. Her face is truly adorable.
