The wise crow that I found sitting on some power lines, it observed all that was going on below, giving the occasional caw caw is if to let everyone know this was his territory and we must abide by the laws of the crow.
I find it really hard to get the right light to expose the details of such a dark bird, which seems to add to its mystery. I was glad to get a little bit of catchlight in his eye to give some contrast to the darkness of its features.
