Hello, beautiful world, bird watchers, and community members greetings. First, I would like to thank our host, @nelinoeva, as well as the community leaders, @melinda010100 and @barbara-orenya, @jlufer, and all our sponsors.

While thinking about this week's contest, I was reminded of a beautiful scene I encountered while driving to a nearby village. Along the roadside, there is a salt plant where some locals produce and sell salt in the area.

At that moment, they had just begun their preparations. I spotted an adult and a juvenile cormorant (Phalacrocorax fuscicollis) sitting on the edge of the salt pan. It was quite amusing to see the adult bird change its pose while I was trying to take photos of the immature bird.

Thank you.
