        Thank you for the Link ❤️ there are so many researches going on and many of them Sound very good 🙏
        At the moment I am reading some very interesting books. Lawrence Leshan for example and recently Caryle Hirschberg with "remarkable Recovery"
        I found there so many personal life aspects wich are my topic since I can think 🤷‍♀️ so... Honestly and deeply changing oneself seems the (difficult) key, or at least one of different Keys to health
