La empresa comenzó en un lugar alquilado, luego, con mucho esfuerzo se logró obtener una propiedad que estaba en un estado total de abandono y se transformó en una hermosa casa laboral que cuenta con espacios acordes y principalmente una sala de conferencia con una capacidad para 20 personas.
La idea principal es que en éste espacio se puede brindar el servicio de capacitación , reuniones y trabajo coworking, adaptamos según el requerimiento pautado, Aire acondicionado, Tv, Pantalla de Videobeam y conexión Wifi, entre los talleres que se han impartido podemos mencionar como ejemplo:
✔️Como actuar ante una fiscalización de Seniat / Obligaciones Parafiscales.
✔️Atención al Cliente.
✔️Gerencia Estrátegica para Restaurantes Rentables.
Seguimos con sus lineamientos, manteniendo su legado y avanzando un poco mas,enfocándonos en el area de adiestramiento, el año pasado contáctamos por las redes sociales a Gastroingenio una chica maravillosa, consultora con amplia experiencia en el manejo de operaciones y proyectos en el área gastronómica tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, nuestro principal interés fue capacitar a nuestros clientes internos para que podamos asesorar de manera eficaz y eficientes a los clientes externos en materia de costos, especificos para clientes que manejan el área de alimentos y bebidas.

Contabilidad Méndez y Asesores 2015, C.A. is a company that provides accounting and tax services and advice to our clients and offers outsourcing services to legal entities outside our client base that require support in any administrative area.My father always enjoyed teaching and training others. He always had the perfect advice for every occasion, even better if it involved work. He motivated them to improve. He loved being a business mentor. He mentored interns who joined his team and later grew in other companies. Every time they saw him, the gratitude and smiles were endless.
The company started in a rented space. Then, with great effort, they managed to obtain a completely abandoned property and transformed it into a beautiful office space with appropriate spaces, mainly a conference room with a capacity of 20 people.
The main idea is to provide training, meetings, and coworking services in this space. We adapt the space to meet the requirements, including air conditioning, a TV, a video beam screen, and Wi-Fi. Some of the workshops we have taught include:
✔️How to respond to a SENIAT (Tax Administration) audit / Parafiscal Obligations.
✔️Customer Service.
✔️Strategic Management for Profitable Restaurants.
Last year, we contacted Gastroingenio through social media. She is a wonderful consultant with extensive experience managing operations and projects in the gastronomic sector, both nationally and internationally. Our main focus was training our internal clients so that we could effectively and efficiently advise external clients on cost-related matters, specifically for clients who manage the food and beverage sector.
That last topic, despite being a training session almost exclusively for our coworkers, was notable and highly requested for this new year, so we planned it in detail for the first quarter of 2025 and presented our first workshop proposal, titled:
STRATEGIES TO COMBAT FINANCIAL LEAKS IN THE GASTRONOMIC SECTOR It is aimed not only at our client base but also at anyone who wants to train, any entrepreneur who wants to get their business off to a good start: selling empanadas, fast food, baking... also for the business owner who has been in business for many years and is making more losses than profits. Everyone!

Ése último tema a pesar de que fue una capacitación casi exclusiva para nuestros compañeros de trabajo, fue notable y muy solicitado para este nuevo año, así que lo planeamos con absoluto detalle para el primer trimestre del 2025 y presentamos nuestra primera propuesta de taller, denominado de la siguienta manera:
Va dirigido no solo para la cartera de clientes sino para todo aquél que desee capacitarse, todo aquél emprendedor que quiere comenzar con buen pie su negocio: venta de empanadas, comida rapida, repostería... también para el empresario que tiene muchos años en su restaurant y da mas pérdidas que ganancias, ¡Para todos!.
