They are moments you feel so low and discouraged, and you start doubting yourself, your ability and your strength to keep pulling through life challenges.
Most Days, you doubt your strength, dreams and lack inspiration to keep pushing, all you need is the motivation to keep moving forward and pulling through life challenges.
There was a time in life, that when I lack the motivation to keep pulling through life I just start crying, wallowing in self pity ,feeling moody and blaming myself for everything that has happened to me, but as I begin to grow up I began to learn certain skills and ways to handle days that situations around makes me lack motivation.
One of the ways I motivate myself is to speak positively and say affirmative words to myself, staying positive and saying affirmative things to myself have made me believe in myself, my ability and my strength in days I lack the strength to keep moving.
It keeps me strong, regardless, of what the reality may be, it helps me build resilience and strength in my days of weakness.
Saying affirmative words, to myself in the morning, before stepping out and before sleeping by evening have helped me regain strength in day I lack the motivation and inspiration to keep moving.
Speaking affirmative words and staying positive to myself have helped me stay motivated and inspired in my days of weekness.
Also, building my mind to always see myself in my future dreams, desires and goals, regardless of my weakness.
The second way I build motivation or motivate myself is by having a supportive circle, supportive friends and supportive family.
It's not bad to seek support from friends to build morale and stay motivated.
Personally, I call my elder sister, because she's that person that believes in me and has a positive mindset.
She reminds me of our little success and wins, we talk extensively about different life phases and encourage ourselves to be strong.
I call her my safe space, she inspires and motivate me always.
Having a safe space will help in days you need to be motivated, it could be a sibling, friend, mentor or pastor.
It could also be an online motivational speaker, listen to their podcast and take a peaceful walk .
Listening to motivational speaker have really impacted my life and motivated me positively.
You can also do what you love hang out with your favourite persons to stay relieved and keep feeling motivated
In response to this week prompt, when I lack motivation, I stay positive and rely on my support circles.
