Shadow of a Dog at Night

Today I’m going to share a dog’s shadow for the Shadow Hunter Contest.

A few days back, my wife and I went for a visit to Nabiganj Ghat in Narayanganj. When we were returning from the ghat, I saw a dog sitting on the middle of road. There were three lamp posts with lights turned on in that area. Because of these lights, I noticed that the dog’s shadow was visible in three directions. Then I took out my mobile and captured these pictures.

In these pictures, we can see a dog sitting on the road and its shadow falling on the street. If you look closely, you will notice that there are total three shadows.

While I was taking the pictures of the dog, it got a little scared and stood up instead of sitting. Then it slowly walked away.

Hello dear friend @sohanur-rahman, how are you?

You were there at just the right moment to see the dog's shadow in three. Excellent shots.

Thank you so much for sharing these beautiful shadow images.

Have a great day.

Hello dear @jlufer .
I’m doing well. How are you?

Yes, I was standing on the roadside waiting for a rickshaw when I noticed this shadow. Then I captured the pictures. Before I could take photos from different angles, the dog left the spot.

Keep me in your prayers.

Wishing you all the best.
