Last weekend was truly exceptional. The weather forecast was perfect, so my wife and I headed to the sea again on Friday, to what we call our second home, Sveti Duh beach on the island of Pag. We weren't the only ones; the roads were quite congested, and the ferries from the mainland to the island and back were full.
She went to catch the last rays of sunshine and go swimming, while I had a few little jobs to do: I painted under the terrace, cut the reeds on the plot, and prepared it for winter. And drinking beer, of course :)

I did all this on Saturday, and on Sunday I went swimming too, hopefully not for the last time this year. The weather was perfect, completely calm (we call it bonaca, for no wind), with a pleasant air temperature of 28 degrees, and a sea temperature of 25 degrees Celsius, which is more than ideal for the second half of September here.
Although the beach wasn't crowded, there were a few visitors, likely due to the forecast of good weather for the weekend.

Since I'm not the type to lie on the beach all day, I can't stand being in the sun and on hot rocks for long, and I quickly get sunburned, I went for a little walk around the campsite, along the coast, towards the town of Pag. The campsite is about two kilometers long, and there are quite a few beaches like this. It's 12 kilometers to the city of Pag by road, and a little more if you go through the bays, which are actually small beaches.
And there's no one around. The season is ending, and people are only in the official campsites. In July and August, at the peak of the season, people go sunbathing in these small bays.
At the end of the camp, I turned around and went back :)
On my way back to my caravan, I took a look at how others had arranged their spaces. Some had really made an effort, I must admit. I'll get some ideas for myself.
Actually, I hope not, because my wife usually remembers what else we need, and then I have to make it happen.
But, I don't need much, or am I deluding myself? Here, I'd rather relax (read: browse the Hive blockchain), read a book, drink beer, and listen to music :) 📘🍺🎶

That was my amazing Sunday, and I hope to repeat it as long as I can.
