Yes, I know the Opel Kadett. It's an OK car, but they are just as rusty. Well, not necessarily all of them, but it was similar to the French ones. It depended on whether it was maintained and garaged.
Actually, knowing him, my son, I can't imagine him doing anything to the car. The most he ever did with handicrafts was when he was building Lego bricks. 😎
