Well, for me it is not only about caring for my body, but also caring about the wellbeing of my family because I strongly believe that prevention is not only better but also cheaper than cure.
I make sure that proper hygiene is maintained at all time. We live in an area where mosquito bites are common, even the government distributes bed net to prevent malaria, which is the sickness spread by mosquito bites. So, I always make sure that our nets are properly fixed over our beds, and we sleep under them every night to avoid mosquito bites and stay healthy.


Nutrition is another key part of our everyday health care. I make sure I cook and encourage my family to eat healthy meals to the best of my ability. I maintain a garden where I grow vegetables and fruits that thrives in our area. Then I buy some to compliment the ones we don't have. I make sure I prepare them in different ways so everyone can enjoy them without getting tired.


Exercising is something I don't take for granted. When I can not go to the gym because of my schedule, I make it a point of duty to exercise at home first thing in the morning before any activity begins. I have made it an essential part of routine.

I also prepare home made drinks, that includes ingredients like ginger, tumeric, and garlic, which helps improve blood flow and overall health. And of course, I take rest and sleep very seriously, making sure my body and mind have time to recover and stay strong.
I think it's more cheaper to care about our body and mind when we are not sick, by maintaining a proper hygiene, taking in proper nutrition, exercising regularly and preparing some natural home made remedies, of course giving our body the needed rest it requires.
