Despite the reality of different challenges that life throws at us, we still strive to live it to its fullest. Living a fulfilled life does not mean a person's life is perfect without any chaos or storms. What living a fulfilled life absolutely means is that despite everything, we still find purpose, happiness, and satisfaction in our lives, despite the pains.
For me, the hallmark of living a fulfilled life begins when you find out God's blueprint for your life and then you spend the rest of your life living it. This blueprint for your life as designed by God is summarized in what we call "purpose." Life begins when you discover your purpose.
Life becomes meaningful when you live it purposefully. Life ends when you fulfill your purpose, not necessarily when you die. You can still be alive and have lived your life to the fullest.I have discovered that your purpose sets the coordinates for your life. Your purpose defines a lot of things in your life, beginning with boundaries. A person of purpose knows where to draw the line, because his or her purpose defines the boundaries.
To live without purpose is to live in a house without a fence; you are unguarded, you are unsafe, and you are at the mercy of whatever is out there. Another vital detail of your life that your purpose will decide for you is your network. A lot of people are in the wrong relationships because they did not first sit down to find out where they were headed before tagging along with people who were going in the same direction.
That is why you see people who once knew what they were doing suddenly become confused after sharing their vision with their friends or acquaintances. Not everybody is going your direction. Not everybody is headed your way. Not everybody is passionate about what you are passionate about.
If you do not discover your purpose early, you will spend most of your life living another man's dream, simply because someone in your circle is chasing that dream.
So you see that a life of purpose is akin to a do-or-die affair. Purpose is the essence that makes your life worth living.
And Yes, i am living a fulfilled life.
