Silbar's coffee

Friends of #CinnamonCupcoffee, Greetings and blessings to all of you. I get till here to participate in the #TCSP Week 129

That is why I want to share my experience in a very peculiar coffee in the city of Bayamo.
Up to there our friends, the poet Gabriel Castro and the musiciant Yanco Leon took us , promising that we would find the best coffee and the best atmosphere on the entire city.

And they were not wrong about that because since we arrived to that place, the decoration impressed us.Several musical instruments served as spectacular ornaments in each of the halls, endowed the place of an inspiring magic.No less surprising and high quality, it resulted in the attention of its workers, a fact that caught our attention because good service is a scarce product in these times.

Immediately, between greetings and smiles, they passed us the menú where we could see a wide variety of coffee with incredible presentations.In the menu we found a variety of offers such as: Café Machiato, Cremé, Café Arabico, Express, American Café, Café Bombón, the delicious mocca that mixes chocolate and bitter coffee.In addition, coffee with cinnamon, an ice cream coffee with vanilla and the most popular and most requested in the cafeteria, the "Rocío de Gallo," which was the one we chose.Café Rocío de Gallo is a mixture of American coffee with rum, and not any rum but a very special and Cuban named Don Diego.

We all enjoy a lot because of the Rocio de gallo, it warmed our body and our voices.Yes, because the atmosphere between writers and troubadours warmed up to promote an atmosphere of music and poetry, beautiful spontaneous and with a lot of sense.The establishment administrator came very gentle to us, to thank us for the environment generated and to offer us a free coffee round.

When our friends told us it was the best cafeteria in the city we thought they were exaggerating a little.But as we spent time there at Café Silbar we convince by ourselves that our friends were tottaly right.

Now, when some acquaintance asks me where he can go to drink a good coffee and have a cleancing time, I tell them: in Café Silbar the atmosphere is cozy, the attention is magnificent and in menú none of the flavors you need to make you live a unique experience, will be missing.
