With the revised all season rentals only and minimum of 1 DEC per a card its changed the landscape of the rental market. As of now I am totally lost in a majority of cards that I tried to reprice to earn better returns but have find some pitfalls when using peakmonster's lowest start prices. The game have implemented the rental prices where even outdated rentals are removed from the market if they were daily rentals. This meant new rental posts would require DEC to repost on rental market as a season rental.
Here is an example:
A max level regular Bortus is listing close to 70 DEC per a day! This is way off, because my legendary Chaos max level monsters is under 10 DEC per a day. With common sense I know this will not make Bortus
If I just rely on peakmonster to adjust the prices I will be spending DEC for every new and revised rental. This is not what I plan. Instead I will hold out and continue watching the markets to see when demand for specific cards pick up and set new prices for rentals manually.
That way I minimize spending DEC on rentals while also try my best to earn as much DEC as possible for rentals. The required upfront cost of DEC to rent out for a season is making overall initial rental costs soar, but maybe good for card holders to earn higher yields. As of now I am pulling in over 500 DEC daily rent and I hope to continue increasing this by revising more rental cards.
Until next time thanks for reading!!!

I have plenty of other cards for rent! Just go on peakmonsters and check out the market place and if you are curious what I offer here is a link:
