Hello coffee lovers, how do you do?
I'm thrilled to be back here again to share another coffee experience with you.
After enjoying my first sip of coffee in years which I shared in this post, I decided to indulge in it again. But this time around, I went for a different flavor, based on my cousin's recommendation.
I had told her during a chat about my interest in getting back into drinking coffee, and she recommended the Topcafe 3-in-1 Creamy White Coffee Mix - comprising coffee, non diary creamer and sugar, which is actually her favorite flavor. Her hype about how good the coffee was so much that my interest was piqued and I decided to give it a shot.
So I got the hot water ready and set about to making the coffee, my anticipation building as I wondered how it would taste.
As I poured the coffee mix into the cup, it's rich flavorful aroma wafted through the air, teasing my olfactory bulb. Lol. And it's creamy white color, so inviting also added to my anticipation.
When I poured in the hot water, the coffee's smooth and creamy texture filled the cup, heightening my excitement about how it would taste.
Since this was more like an experiment, I needed to allow the coffee's strong flavorful aroma settle in first.
Also I needed to relish the taste of it's creamy goodness in every sip.
Only if I knew that the crunchy sound of the bitter kola isn't the same with its taste. Lol.
Wondering if I enjoyed it or not? I'll tell you but that'll be after this commercial break. Lol. 😂

Frankly speaking, the coffee didn't quite meet my taste preferences. While I appreciated the creamy texture and taste, it's sweetness was overwhelming for my liking. I didn't enjoy it as much as I had anticipated, so I don't think I'll be reaching for it again. Not when I'm already sold by the alluring taste of the strong, bold, rich flavor of the black coffee - especially the smooth classic roast, hehehe.
However, if I change my mind and decide that I want a bit of sweetness in my coffee, then I'd just add honey or better still, milk. But that'll be occasionally as I'm looking at cutting down on my milk consumption.
With my experience about this Topcafe 3-in-1 creamy white coffee mix, I can say for sure that coffee is a matter of personal taste, and what works for one person may not work for another.
