Yesterday, May 2, 2025 on the Arcade Colony platform, a new game was added: Stake House Den.
The game Stakehouse Den is a Web3 Social Casino.
I personally prefer player vs. player skill games like Splinterlands and Moon Karts because I don't like games where luck is the main element but casino games are very popular and there are a lot of players who play them and because I'm a COLONY stakeholder I'm glad that the COLONY token will have new use cases due to the implementation of Stakehouse Den.
Yesterday, May 2, 2025, the General Sale of Ladyluck packs (NFT packs of Stake House Den) began.
It is possible to purchase Ladyluck packs at https://arcadecolony.com/shop/ladyluck but it is also possible to purchase Ladyluck packs at Hive Engine in their tokenized form which is called LADYLUCK

It is possible to play and test three games (Roulette, Slots and Blackjack) but the Card Combining, Staking and Rewards features are not yet active and will be activated with the release of the next update.

- The purchase of my first Ladyluck packs.
Cost-per-pack calculation based on purchase options
Ladyluck packs can be purchased using 3 different purchase options:
- using Credits in the Arcade Colony Shop
- using SCRIPT tokens in the Arcade Colony Shop
- using the SWAP.HIVE on Hive Engine.
Based on the market value of the HIVE tokens (SWAP.HIVE) and based on the market value of the SCRIPT tokens** I calculated the cost per pack in dollars for 1 Ladyluck pack that can be purchased during the general sale based on the purchase option chosen.
To purchase 1 Ladyluck pack in Arcade Colony's shop you must spend 4000 Credits or 4 SCRIPT
To purchase 1 Ladyluck pack on Hive Engine you need to purchase the LADYLUCK token which has a cost = 8.90 SWAP.HIVE (149 LADYLUCK tokens on sale at this price)
The lowest cost per pack is $1.82 obtainable by using SCRIPT tokens in the Arcade Colony Shop as a payment method.
My first 5 Ladyluck Packs purchased
Although casino games are not among my favorites today I purchased 5 LADYLUCK packs because Hive-based games are a passion of mine and because I have never played in a Web3 Social Casino.
To purchase 5 Ladyluck packs I spent 20 SCRIPT.
To buy 20 SCRIPT I preferred to use the SWAP feature of the SWAP.HIVE:SCRIPT pool because this way I saved more than 3 SWAP.HIVE compared to buying SCRIPT on Hive Engine.
To purchase 20 SCRIPT, I spent 34.21 SWAP.HIVE
If I had purchased 20 SCRIPT on Hive Engine I would have spent 37.51 SWAP.HIVE
Then I went to https://arcadecolony.com/token/script and transferred 20 SCRIPT from my Hive Engine wallet to my in-game wallet.
Then I went to arcadecolony.com/shop/ladyluck and purchased 5 Ladyluck packs.
Then I went to https://stakehouseden.arcadecolony.com/play and clicked on MENU
Then I clicked on MY PACKS
Then I clicked on OPEN PACK
In the next image you can see the 100 cards I found.
I think I was lucky because I found a legendary card: Joker!

Personalmente preferisco i giochi di abilità player vs player come Splinterlands e Moon Karts perchè non mi piacciono i giochi in cui la fortuna è l'elemento principale ma i giochi da casinò sono molto popolari e ci sono tanti giocatori che ci giocano e da COLONY stakeholder sono contento che il token COLONY avrà nuovi casi d'uso grazie all'implementazione di Stakehouse Den.
Ieri 2 maggio 2025 è iniziata la General Sale dei Ladyluck packs (pacchi di NFT di Stake House Den).

I Ladyluck packs possono essere acquistati utilizzando 3 opzioni di acquisto differenti:
- utilizzando i Credits nell'Arcade Colony Shop

- utilizzando gli SWAP.HIVE su Hive Engine
In base al valore di mercato dei token HIVE (SWAP.HIVE) e in base al valore di mercato dei token SCRIPT ho calcolato il costo per pacco in dollari per ogni tipologia di pacco acquistabile durante la general sale in base all'opzione di acquisto scelta.
