So from our short adventure in Batac Square and Mini Park, we drove straight to the Sand Dunes. After the sand thrills, we headed to the city center to find a place to eat. We wanted to have lunch at Mang Inasal (for its grilled chicken and halohalo), but its parking was full, so we ended up at McDonald's.
And because my little boy (Yongi) isn't permitted inside the fast food, we stayed in the car while our company went in. It just doesn't feel right to leave him out alone (that would be heartless).
While waiting, I took my phone out to get some photos. The waving yellow man by the front door couldn't be missed, lol!

Looking around, I noticed the big M in the distance and thought it was cool, so I took a few clicks.

Of course, I had to include the source in the photos. Somehow managed to take these shots without rolling down the car's window (the air conditioning was on). The guy on the motorcycle might have thought I was snapping his photo 'coz he kind of posed, haha!

It was also cool to see that part of the M, and that of the light pole shadows were reflected on the next car's windshield.

Anyway, enough with the shadow hunt because my food arrived, thanks to the hubby, who delivered it himself. Just fries and McFlurry, as I didn't want anything else. No chicken for the LilGuy as well. Just his dental sticks. He hardly touches any food when we are traveling, unless he gets really hungry. He used to like fries, but I reckon he knew they were unhealthy, so he usually ignores them, lol!

And that's the little story behind the big M shadows. After the meal, we headed to Laoag City. Will share more about that at another time. Until then, let's have a wonderful Friday :)
