Hola, queridos amigos, en esta oportunidad les traemos una iniciativa donde vamos a reflexionar un poco, pues vamos a ir al pasado y al presente al mismo tiempo. En muchas ocasiones de la vida quisiéramos echar hacia atrás para quizás advertirle a aquel joven o niño, lo que en el futuro le podría pasar o también, quisiéramos encontrarnos con ese pequeño niño y decirle las cosas que en aquel tiempo quiso oír o asimilar de forma diferente y así haber evitado muchas situaciones, donde quizás no le fue tan bien, quedando arrastrando muchas heridas, emociones y sentimientos que hasta la actualidad hemos guardado.
Conociéndote, ahora, imagínate a ese niño(a) corriendo hacia ti. ¿Qué consejo le darías?, o ¿que simplemente le dirías? Estamos seguras de que tendrán mucho que compartir con sus niños interiores, porque a veces guardamos tantos recuerdos buenos y malos de esa época de la niñez, que en su momento no entendimos; mucho de esas experiencias, ni porque sucedieron, solo supimos que pasaron, marcando nuestras existencias de formas positivas o negativas según sea la vivencia que hayamos experimentado en su momento.
Por ponerles unos ejemplos, para que se guíen para empezar a compartir sus experiencias. Hay muchos niños que no recibieron, tal vez, muchas demostraciones de cariño y muchos quizás quieran explicarles a su niño interior, el porqué de ello y calmar ese corazón herido. Tal vez haya otros que le digan a su niño interior, que les encanta volver a verlos y abrazarlos con el sentimiento de quienes han compartido mucho. Otros quizá quieran curar esas viejas heridas, con palabras de aliento y acompañamiento; muchos quizá le digan cosas como, "me hubiese gustado que tuvieras más amigos y que jugaras más" o "ya todo paso amigo".
Estamos seguras, de que algo les gustaría decirle a ese pequeño niño, que corre hacia sus brazos, que son ustedes mismos a esa edad, así es que nuestros bellos amigos los invitamos a compartirnos ese mensaje para su niño interior. Este es un ejercicio de amor que hoy les presentamos, para que puedan reconciliarse con ustedes mismos y brindarse ese abrazo emocional que a veces debemos darnos.

Hello, dear friends, in this opportunity we bring you an initiative where we are going to reflect a little, because we are going to go to the past and the present at the same time. On many occasions in life we would like to look back to perhaps warn that young person or child, what could happen in the future or also, we would like to meet with that little boy and tell him the things that at that time he wanted to hear or assimilate differently and thus have avoided many situations, where perhaps it did not go so well, dragging many wounds, emotions and feelings that we have kept until today.
Knowing you, now, imagine that child running to you, what advice would you give him/her, or what would you simply tell him/her? We are sure that you will have a lot to share with your inner child, because sometimes we keep so many good and bad memories of that time of childhood, that at the time we did not understand; much of those experiences, nor why they happened, we only knew that they happened, marking our existence in positive or negative ways depending on the experience we have experienced at the time.
To give you some examples, so that you can be guided to start sharing your experiences. There are many children who did not receive, perhaps, many demonstrations of affection and many may want to explain to their inner child, the reason for this and soothe that wounded heart. There may be others who tell their inner child that they love to see them again and embrace them with the feeling of those who have shared so much. Others may want to heal those old wounds with words of encouragement and companionship; many may say things like, “I wish you had more friends and played more” or “It's all over now, my friend”.
We are sure, that you would like to say something to that little child, who runs into your arms, that you are yourself at that age, so our beautiful friends we invite you to share with us that message for your inner child. This is an exercise of love that we present to you today, so that you can reconcile with yourself and give yourself that emotional embrace that sometimes we must give ourselves.
