Tuvimos el honor de entrevistar a @jlufer, un hiver que ha sido pionero de este proyecto porque ha construido sus cimientos. Su pasión por la naturaleza lo ha destacado como moderador de la comunidad Amazing Nature. Además nos ha mostrado fotos encantadoras de su ciudad natal Corrientes - Argentina, acompañadas de líneas que transmiten diferentes emociones.
Jlufer mantiene una filosofía firme con respecto al potencial de crecimiento de la colmena, resaltando sus bondades y la calidez humana que se encuentra acá. Afirma que en Hive hay un espacio para todos, solo hay que ser genuinos y compartir las vivencias desde la pasión.

1. Cuéntanos un poco de ti. ¿Quién eres fuera de la pantalla de Hive? (Profesión, hobbies, de dónde eres, etc.)
Nací en una ciudad del interior de Argentina llamada Corrientes, un pequeño pueblo con mucha presencia natural, esto hizo que sea un apasionado de la naturaleza. Crecí en un pueblo alejado de la ciudad donde las casas emergían del bosque. Allí comienza mi amor por la vida silvestre. Trabajé desde muy pequeño en un taller mecánico, lo que hizo que estudiara electromecánica. Al obtener mi título, viajé a la capital del país para profesionalizar mis estudios, pero una vez en Buenos Aires decidí dedicarme al área comercial.
Me gusta mucho la música, lo que me llevó a convertirme en DJ. Años después estudié Técnico en Sonido y Grabación, creé un pequeño estudio de grabación donde ayudaba a grabar su primer demo a músicos que no tenían los recursos para hacerlo. A los 30 años regresé a mi ciudad natal, donde trabajé como comercial en una compañía de consumo masivo. En el año 2013 renuncié a mi empleo bajo relación de dependencia y desde entonces vivo de lo que genero en la web. Tengo 58 años, padre de tres hijos y abuelo de cuatro nietos. Mi pasión es mi familia, la naturaleza, la fotografía, la música y los autos.
2. ¿Cómo llegaste a Hive y cuál fue tu primera impresión?
Los primeros años de mi aventura de vivir de las compensaciones de la web no han sido fáciles, y cuando estaba a punto de rendirme, una persona que conocía en YouTube me habló de la vieja compañía. Ingrese allí en el año 2016. Mi inicio fue caótico, como todo era nuevo, no había mucha información y cometí todos los errores que se les ocurran. Por suerte, me crucé con personas que supieron guiarme para que pudiera salir adelante. En la bifurcación escogí a #hive, en agosto de este año voy a festejar mi 10 aniversario.
3. ¿Cuál es la diferencia más grande que ves entre las redes sociales convencionales (como Facebook, Instagram, tik tok, etc) y las redes sociales que hay dentro de Hive?
La diferencia más grande con las redes sociales de la web 2 es la seriedad, compromiso y profesionalismo con la que se hacen las cosas. No se divulgan noticias falsas, no hay censura y se respetan los derechos de autor. Si eres un creador comprometido y dedicado, tienes la posibilidad de monetizar tu contenido desde el primer momento que compartes tus posts.
4. Si tuvieras que definir Hive en una sola frase, ¿cuál sería?
Profesionalismo y crecimiento. Esta es una cadena de bloques que te permite desarrollarte como persona y crecer profesionalmente.
5. ¿En qué comunidades sueles publicar o interactuar con mayor frecuencia y por qué?
Vivo en una ciudad cuyo seudónimos son "La capital de la naturaleza" y "La ciudad de los murales". Por esa sencilla razón participo a diario en la comunidad de Amazing nature AN- Feathered Friends donde cumplo la misión de moderador; además, soy colaborador en la comunidad de Shadow Hunters. Mi pasión por el arte gráfico hace que publique semanalmente en StreetArt y en Worldmappin.
6. ¿Cuál ha sido tu mayor logro o la experiencia más gratificante que has tenido en Hive hasta ahora?
Mi mayor logro fue monetizar mi contenido y vivir de ello todos estos años. No ha sido fácil por la inestabilidad del mercado de las criptomonedas, pero con las compensaciones pagué los estudios de mis hijos, la costosa matrícula de estilista de mi hija, adquirí los equipamientos del salón de belleza, las compras de otros bienes; además, tuve la oportunidad de costear el viaje para mí y mi esposa para asistir al MeetUp de Argentina que se llevó a cabo en la ciudad de Buenos Aires, estar allí rodeado de Hivers que admiro ha sido una gran experiencia.
7. ¿Qué fue lo más difícil de aprender en tus inicios?
En la antigua compañía todo fue difícil de aprender; como dije al principio, no había mucha información y había que ir corrigiendo y aprendiendo sobre la marcha.
8. ¿Cómo describirías tu visión a futuro dentro del ecosistema de Hive?
#Hive es una compañía con un gran potencial; el diverso y variado ecosistema nos hace muy diferentes a otras empresas. Algo que siempre destaco y hace la gran diferencia es la calidad humana y profesional que hace que constantemente estemos innovando y evolucionando; no tardará mucho tiempo en que grandes inversionistas vean el potencial y la oportunidad de negocio que somos.
9. ¿Qué consejo le darías a un hiver que apenas está comenzando?
Mi sugerencia para una persona que recién comienza es que se enfoque en lo que sabe; esto es lo que más me costó aprender. Muchas veces, tentado por el éxito de otro, quieres crear algo que no sabes, y eso es una pérdida de tiempo; aquí hay lugar para todos, desde un profesional, un deportista y una ama de casa; solo tienes que enfocarte en compartir lo que eres en la comunidad adecuada, saber que crear el contenido es solo una parte, la dedicación, la perseverancia y el compromiso son la clave. Si se enfocan en eso, las compensaciones seguro vendrán.
10. Si quieres explicarle Hive a un familiar o amigo, para que se una a la plataforma, ¿qué le dirías para convencerlo?
No es novedad decir que las personas están a la expectativa de cuál será la salida laboral del futuro; sin embargo, en nuestra compañía el futuro es el presente, y lo que vendrá es la posibilidad de generar ingresos de una manera diferente. Como dije antes, aquí hay un lugar y un espacio para todo tipo de personas y profesionales, solo se tienen que enfocar en ser genuinos y compartir sus propias experiencias. Si me hubieran preguntado hace quince años si se podía vivir solo de contar mi experiencia de vida y de compartir fotografías de mi ciudad, hubiera contestado que estaban totalmente locos. Así de sencillo y emocionante es ser parte de la Web3. Cualquier persona con razón no necesita saber más para convencerse de que #hive es una enorme oportunidad.
11. Para finalizar, ¿Has tenido alguna experiencia directa con Hispapro? Si es así, ¿qué tal ha sido?
Para ser honesto, no recuerdo haber tenido contacto directo con Hispapro, más que en algunas oportunidades agradecer por algún apoyo que han brindado a mis posts.

We had the honor of interviewing @jlufer, a Hive member who has been a pioneer in this project by laying its foundations. His passion for nature has made him stand out as a moderator of the Amazing Nature community. He also shared some lovely photos of his hometown, Corrientes (Argentina), accompanied by captions that evoke a range of emotions.
Jlufer maintains a firm philosophy regarding the hive’s growth potential, highlighting its benefits and the human warmth found here. He affirms that there is a place for everyone on Hive; you just have to be genuine and share your experiences with passion.

1. Tell us a little about yourself. Who are you outside of Hive? (Job, hobbies, where you’re from, etc.)
I was born in a small town in the interior of Argentina called Corrientes, a place surrounded by nature, which is what sparked my passion for the outdoors. I grew up in a village far from the city where houses emerged from the forest. That’s where my love for wildlife began. I worked in a mechanic’s shop from a very young age, which led me to study electromechanics. After earning my degree, I traveled to the country’s capital to further my education, but once in Buenos Aires, I decided to pursue a career in business.
I really love music, which led me to become a DJ. Years later, I studied to become a Sound and Recording Technician and set up a small recording studio where I helped musicians who lacked the resources to record their first demo. At age 30, I returned to my hometown, where I worked in sales for a consumer goods company. In 2013, I quit my full-time job, and since then I’ve been making a living from what I create online. I’m 58 years old, a father of three, and a grandfather of four. My passions are my family, nature, photography, music, and cars.
2. How did you end up on Hive, and what was your first impression?
The early years of my journey to make a living from online rewards weren’t easy, and just when I was about to give up, someone I knew on YouTube told me about the old company. I joined in 2016. My start was chaotic—since everything was new, there wasn’t much information, and I made every mistake you can imagine. Luckily, I met people who knew how to guide me so I could get ahead. At the fork, I chose #hive, and this August I’ll be celebrating my 10th anniversary.
3. What is the biggest difference you see between conventional social media (like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and the social media platforms within Hive?
The biggest difference from Web 2.0 social media is the seriousness, commitment, and professionalism with which things are done. There’s no fake news, no censorship, and copyright is respected. If you’re a committed and dedicated creator, you have the opportunity to monetize your content from the very moment you share your posts.
4. If you had to describe Hive in a single sentence, what would it be?
Professionalism and growth. This is a blockchain that allows you to develop as a person and grow professionally.
5. In which communities do you usually post or interact most frequently, and why?
I live in a city nicknamed "The Capital of Nature" and "The City of Murals." For that simple reason, I participate daily in the Amazing Nature AN-Feathered Friends community, where I serve as a moderator; I’m also a contributor to the Shadow Hunters community. My passion for graphic art leads me to post weekly on StreetArt and Worldmappin.
6. What has been your greatest achievement or most rewarding experience on Hive so far?
My greatest achievement was monetizing my content and making a living from it all these years. It hasn’t been easy due to the instability of the cryptocurrency market, but with the earnings, I paid for my children’s education, my daughter’s expensive cosmetology school tuition, purchased equipment for the beauty salon, and bought other goods; plus, I had the opportunity to pay for a trip for my wife and me to attend the Argentina MeetUp held in Buenos Aires; being there surrounded by Hivers I admire has been a great experience.
7. What was the hardest thing to learn when you first started?
At my old company, everything was hard to learn; as I said at the beginning, there wasn’t much information, and I had to figure things out and learn as I went along.
8. How would you describe your vision for the future within the Hive ecosystem?
#Hive is a company with tremendous potential; our diverse and varied ecosystem sets us apart from other companies. Something I always emphasize—and what makes the biggest difference—is the human and professional quality that drives us to constantly innovate and evolve; it won’t be long before major investors recognize the potential and business opportunity we represent.
9. What advice would you give to a Hiver who is just starting out?
My suggestion for someone just starting out is to focus on what they know; this is what took me the longest to learn. Often, tempted by someone else’s success, you want to create something you don’t know how to do, and that’s a waste of time; there’s room here for everyone—from professionals and athletes to stay-at-home moms; you just have to focus on sharing who you are in the right community, knowing that creating content is only part of it—dedication, perseverance, and commitment are the key. If you focus on that, the rewards are sure to follow.
10. If you wanted to explain Hive to a family member or friend to get them to join the platform, what would you say to convince them?
It’s no secret that people are wondering what the job market of the future will look like; however, at our company, the future is the present, and what lies ahead is the opportunity to generate income in a different way. As I said before, there’s a place and a space here for all kinds of people and professionals—they just need to focus on being genuine and sharing their own experiences. If you had asked me fifteen years ago if I could make a living just by sharing my life experiences and photos of my city, I would have said you were completely crazy. That’s how simple and exciting it is to be part of Web3. Anyone with common sense doesn’t need to know anything else to be convinced that #hive is a huge opportunity.
11. Finally, have you had any direct experience with Hispapro? If so, how was it?
To be honest, I don’t recall having had any direct contact with Hispapro, other than thanking them on a few occasions for the support they’ve provided for my posts.
