I don't know if you remember Nefertiti and Hana Amateratsu, the two sister cats we recently adopted.
Today I want to share something really funny that I know you'll like.
Anyone who has ever had kittens knows that they seem like endless sources of energy.
However, they aren't. I have a secret for you: their batteries run out 🤣.
Oh, of course, it's true that they can romp for hours and play with practically anything: cables (especially cables), shades, curtains, or baskets... Everything in the house, and the house itself, is their playground. Curtains and baskets in particular are two of the sisters' favorite objects.
However, when the battery runs out, they go into standby mode and begin recharging their batteries.
Only they do it in the places and positions they least expect 🤣
Amateratsu takes on the most unimaginable and seemingly uncomfortable positions. However, she seems to enjoy them.
Nefertiti, on the other hand, seeks out the strangest places to rest. These might include my feet, the back of my head when I sleep, in my wife's hair, a basket, a sack of cement, or places like this.
Amateratsu and Nefertiti usually rest together. However, they sometimes join our old cat to share the bed.
Other times, they prefer to lie on top of or next to my husband or me as soon as they see us in bed.
We laugh a lot with them because they even protest when we want to get up and they prefer to keep sleeping 😅
The important thing is that they rest and regain their strength so they can keep playing and spreading that beautiful energy they give off.

Hola, amigos que me leen.
No sé si se acuerdan de Nefertiti y de Hana Amateratsu, las dos gatas hermanitas que adoptamos recientemente.
Hoy quiero compartirles algo muy gracioso y que sé que les gustará.
Todos los que han tenido gaticos pequeños saben que aparentan ser una fuente inagotable de energía.
Sin embargo, no lo son. Les tengo un secreto: la batería se agota 🤣.
Ha, claro, es cierto que pueden retozar durante horas y jugar con prácticamente cualquier cosa: cables (sobre todo cables), sombras, cortinas o cestas... Todo en la casa y la propia casa es su terreno de juego. En especial las cortinas y las cestas son dos de los objetos preferidos por ambas hermanas.
Sin embargo, cuando la batería se descarga, en ese momento se ponen en modo “stand by” y comienzan a recargar energías.
Solo que lo hacen en los lugares y posiciones en que menos lo imaginan 🤣
Amateratsu toma las posiciones más inimaginables y aparentemente incómodas que hay. Sin embargo, ella parece disfrutarlas.
En cambio, Nefertiti busca los lugares más extraños para descansar. Entre ellos pueden estar mis pies, detrás de mi cabeza cuando duermo, en el pelo de mi esposa, una cesta, un saco de cemento o sitios como este.
Por lo general, Amateratsu y Nefertiti descansan juntas. Sin embargo, a veces se unen a nuestro gato viejo para compartir la cama.
En otras ocasiones prefieren acostarse sobre o junto a mi esposo o conmigo en cuanto nos ven acostados en la cama.
Nos reímos mucho con ellas porque incluso protestan cuando queremos levantarnos y ellas prefieren seguir durmiendo 😅
Lo importante es que descansen y recobren fuerzas para seguir jugando y contagiándonos con esa energía hermosa que desprenden.
