Today was a great day in the field; it was quite hot, to be honest. About a week ago, I made a post explaining how the weather was wet compared to the forecast, but now it seems that the Godzilla El Niño is really in place.
I took this photo around 3 o'clock in the afternoon when I was about to leave the field. I have to pick up my son, so I have to leave early.
Here in the first photo, I have the Agung volcano, which always accompanies me, and always gives me a beautiful view of how magnificent it is.
In the foreground, we can see the old rice paddies that are waiting to be harvested. It belongs to the field neighborhood, and a very old man. But still so eager to cultivate the field. This also shows that we lack young farmers to continue farming and produce the food that we need.

And here is the photo of the land plot that I take care. On the left is the remaining shallot plantation that needs to be harvested, maybe in a week or so, and on the right side is the place where I grew long beans.
We have planted corn on the other side of the field, and on this plot we will also plant corn. I need to prepare the plot first before planting the corn, so maybe in a week or so it will be ready for the corn.
Look at the blue sky, it was really a good day today.
