I had quite a hard week and last weekend (28-02) I was in Sweden all weekend. That was 100% fun no doubt! But not a lot of relaxing, so I really needed a weekend like I had where I had nothing to do and could just do anything good for myself :D
I slept like 9 hours both days and woke up whenever I woke up, no alarm :D
I also stretched both days. I work as an Electrician and we look up at of the time, so our neck and shoulders can get quite hard and too avoid a tension headache I need to start stretching and it felt amazing! I also stretched my lower & upper back, since a lot of tension also builds up there. Next up is learn to stretch the hand when we screw so much as we do.
Besides just stretching. I also just made and ate whatever I wanted. I normally eat pretty healthly at least 80/20 but not this weekend :D
I do however prep food for the entire week, which took 3 hours, but now its done and just have to assemble it, so I will save so much time after work! Kinda looking forward to see if I think its worth it.
I had also made Tart Cherry Sleeping Jelly shots :D
They worked and the recipe worked, but it needs twiking. It was far from perfect!
But my Golden Spicy Honey I made, is amazing if you got a cold or your throat is annoying. So I have been enjoying that in a cup of tea :D
Next up is my making the "Perfect Immunity Cubes" as an Ice Cube.
