Hoy vengo a hablarles de un canal que conocí a través de mi hija @bethyjade, ya que ella es chef pastelera y le agrada muchísimo este tipo de contenido, tanto como a mi. Ella me dijo que de ahí había sacado algunos consejos muy prácticos, y en cuanto vi los videos me encantaron. Hay muchas cosas que me gustan de este canal, no solo su estética tan coqueta sino la personalidad de Burpee, con esa voz tan tierna y apacible, explicando todo paso por paso, sino también la calidad de las recetas, ya que las hemos probado en casa, algunas veces sin adaptaciones o variaciones de ningún tipo, y el resultado es fenomenal.
Today I'm here to tell you about a channel I discovered through my daughter, @bethyjade. She's a pastry chef and loves this kind of content, just as much as I do. She told me she'd gotten some really practical tips from there, and as soon as I saw the videos, I loved them. There are so many things I like about this channel, not only its charming aesthetic but also Burpee's personality, with that sweet and gentle voice, explaining everything step by step. We also love the quality of the recipes, since we've tried them at home, sometimes without any adaptations or variations, and the results are phenomenal.
A pesar de que ella se especializa en hacer recetas, tiene un contenido muy variado, incluso contenido de tipo lifestyle pero enfocado en la comida, por ejemplo esos que son de tipo "24 horas comiendo..." Otros son reviews de restaurantes o de productos famosos, pero todos ellos son muy divertidos, aunque debo confesarles que mis favoritos, entre todos, son esos donde recrea recetas de productos famosos que ya están en el mercado, como helados que venden en Disney, versiones de galletas oreo y cosas como esas.
Although she specializes in making recipes, she has very varied content, including lifestyle content focused on food, such as "24 hours eating..." videos. Others are reviews of restaurants or famous products, but they are all very entertaining. However, I must confess that my favorites are those where she recreates recipes for famous products already on the market, like ice creams sold at Disney, versions of Oreo cookies, and things like that.
No obstante el formato que más disfruto son los shorts porque me permite ver tantas recetas como pueda en poco tiempo. Cada uno de esos videos van al grano, son directos y la explicación es bastante simple. Algunas veces tiene colaboraciones con otros creadores de contenido pero yo disfruto más cuando solo está ella explicando las recetas porque siento que de esta manera la información fluye más rápido y eficientemente.
However, the format I enjoy most is the short videos because they allow me to see as many recipes as I can in a short amount of time. Each of these videos gets straight to the point, is direct, and the explanation is quite simple. Sometimes she collaborates with other content creators, but I enjoy it more when she's the only one explaining the recipes because I feel that the information flows more quickly and efficiently that way.
Me gustan mucho las recetas que fusionan sabores diferentes, algo así como dos recetas en una. Así que una que disfruté de forma particular y que encontré recientemente es una que combina dos recetas igualmente deliciosas: roles de canela y Tiramisú, no solo se ve deliciosa y la explicación es muy detallada y sencilla, sino que además, como ustedes podrán comprobar en cada uno de los videos de esta chica, ella mantiene una estética muy llamativa y tierna, todos sus utensilios son como dicen ahora coquette 😄, incluso me llama la atención que hasta decora los huevos que va a utilizar.
I really like recipes that fuse different flavors, something like two recipes in one. So one that I particularly enjoyed and recently discovered is a recipe that combines two equally delicious treats: cinnamon rolls and tiramisu. Not only does it look delicious and the explanation is very detailed and simple, but also, as you'll see in each of this girl's videos, she maintains a very striking and charming aesthetic. All her utensils are, as they say nowadays, "coquette" 😄. I even find it interesting that she decorates the eggs she's going to use.
Una receta que probé hacer en casa siguiendo las instrucciones de Burpee fue esta de galletas Red Velvet, y yo quedé maravillada con el resultado, ya que anteriormente había intentado seguir rectas diferentes y el resultado no era lo que yo esperaba, en cambio que siguiendo la receta de Burpee me quedó exactamente como se ve en el video, lo cuál obviamente me puso muy contenta, todos en casa estaban maravillados, así que más adelante, Dios mediante, pienso hacerla de nuevo pero para compartir con mis demás familiares o amigos cuando vengan a casa.
One recipe I tried making at home following Burpee's instructions was this Red Velvet cookie recipe, and I was amazed by the result. I had previously tried different recipes, and the result wasn't what I expected. However, following Burpee's recipe, it turned out exactly as it appears in the video, which obviously made me very happy. Everyone at home was amazed, so later on, God willing, I plan to make it again to share with my other family members or friends when they come to visit.
Espero que a ustedes les guste tanto como a mi este canal, ya que tiene un contenido muy variado aunque siempre enfocado a la pastelería y repostería, lo único malo es que si ves los videos teniendo antojos de comer algo dulce, terminarás aún más encaprichado 😄.
