Today I'm here to introduce you to a new café called Proyecto Ubre. This beautiful café is located in one of the most iconic parts of my city, Caracas, Venezuela, specifically in the city center, in the historic district, where you'll find Bolívar Square, its houses, and the Bolívar Museum. This is a new coffee shop; it just opened about a week ago. I know this because I often walk by there and saw the remodeling of the space.

Today, I saw it in full operation and, taking advantage of the fact that I was nearby and it was time for my usual break in the middle of my errands, I thought it would be great to stop by and visit, so I did. The staff there are very friendly and immediately allowed me to take photos. They even told me about the coffee they use to prepare the different coffees they offer, which is Café 1919, sourced from their own crops on their own farms.

That really caught my attention because they are their own coffee suppliers. In addition to offering different types of coffee, other beverages, and soft drinks, they also sell breakfast and ice cream, which they recommended to me as being very tasty. However, I will try them another time because, for me, coffee and ice cream are not a very good combination, ha ha ha. It will be another time.

Another thing I loved was the rather sober, elegant, and minimalist decor, although with beautiful details, such as the handmade ceiling lamps and other decorative items with the same detail. On the other hand, the whole place is open concept; both the baristas and the ice cream preparation area are in plain sight, which I loved. In addition to these features, it has ample natural lighting, as it has large windows from which you can see all the activity outside.

Another feature that is extremely important to me is the cleanliness and layout of the place, apart from, of course, the coffee they serve me, and this place is impeccable, both in its presentation and maintenance, as well as the uniformity of its employees. I also noticed that the atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful, perfect for sharing with friends, family, or a partner, lending itself to pleasant conversations or enjoying a moment of tranquility, which is what I went for.

When they brought me my latte, the presentation was beautiful; the barista showed off with the design he drew, but the best part was the flavor; it was just right, and that sealed my favorable impression of the visit. Along with the coffee, they brought me the menu with everything they offered, and while I waited, I could see that the prices were quite affordable, offering both price and quality in the same service, so I give it a 10/10. My recommendation is that, if you have the opportunity, you visit Café Proyecto Ubre, as you will most likely remember me for doing so. Best regards!

Hoy les vengo a presentar un nuevo café llamado Proyecto Ubre. Este bello café está ubicado en una de las partes más icónicas de mi ciudad, Caracas, Venezuela, y está específicamente en el casco central de la ciudad, en la parte histórica, donde se encuentra la plaza Bolívar, sus casas y el museo Bolívar. Este local es un café nuevo; recién lo inauguraron hace como una semana; lo sé porque acostumbro a caminar asiduamente por allí y vi la remodelación del espacio.

Y hoy, lo vi en pleno funcionamiento y aprovechando que andaba cerca del lugar, y era hora de hacer mi pausa acostumbrada en medio de mis diligencias, así es que me pareció genial pasar a visitarlos y de una vez lo hice. El personal del sitio es muy amable y en el acto me permitieron tomar mis fotos e incluso me platicaron acerca del café que utilizan para la preparación de los diferentes cafés que ofrecen, y es el Café 1919, proveniente de sus propios cultivos en sus propias fincas.

Eso me llamó mucho la atención, porque ellos mismos son sus propios proveedores de su café; aparte de que ofrecen diferentes tipos de cafés, más otras bebidas y refrescos, también venden desayunos y helados que, según ellos me recomendaron, son muy ricos, pero será en otra oportunidad que los pruebe, pues para mí café y helados no son muy buena combinación, jajajaja, será en otra ocasión.

Otra de las cosas que me encantó fue la decoración bastante sobria, elegante y minimalista, aunque con sus bellos detalles, como las lámparas de los techos, que son de tipo artesanal, así como otros artículos decorativos con el mismo detalle. Por otro lado, todo el lugar es de concepto abierto; tanto donde están los baristas como la parte donde preparan los helados, están a la vista; eso me fascinó. Además de estas características, tiene una iluminación natural bastante amplia, pues tiene unos ventanales amplios desde donde puedes ver hacia afuera todo el movimiento.

Otra característica que para mí es sumamente importante es la limpieza y disposición del lugar, aparte, por supuesto, del café que me presenten, y este sitio es impecable, tanto en su presentación y mantenimiento, así como también la uniformidad de sus empleados; así mismo, pude observar que el ambiente es agradable, tranquilo, dado para un compartir entre amigos, familia o pareja, se presta para tener agradables conversaciones o para disfrutar un momento en tranquilidad como a lo que fui yo.

Ya para cuando me trajeron mi café con leche, la presentación del mismo estuvo hermosa; el barista se lució con el dibujo que delineó, pero lo mejor fue su sabor; estaba en su punto y eso selló mi visita favorablemente. Junto con el café me habían traído la carta con todo lo que ofrecían y, mientras esperaba, pude ver que tenía precios bastante accesibles, precio, calidad en un mismo servicio, así que de mi parte tiene un 10/10. Mi recomendación es que, si tienen la oportunidad, visiten el Café Proyecto Ubre, lo hagan, ya que muy seguramente se acordarán de mí.de hacerlo. ¡Mis saludos cordiales!
