This week's theme (ROUND 277)
SHOW ME A PICTURE OF BIRD. FREE THEME

Hey, @nelinoeva.
Today I want to tell you about the yellow birds I often see on my walks to the river.
And there are several other features.
Sometimes it seems to me that these birds specially perch in the trees next to me to watch me. They can even pose when I point my camera at them.
The second feature is that you can often see some kind of insect in the bird's beak. The size of the food can be quite large.

Oh, I haven't said it's a yellow wagtail yet. The peculiarity of this bird is that it shakes its tail very often, up and down. In Russian, this is even reflected in the name of the bird. Ha, in English, the name also shows a tail.

This bird decided to show me his tail in all its glory. Or maybe she decided to become a peacock? I never even thought that a wagtail could make a real fan out of its tail.

An attentive reader may see some kind of insect in the beak, but... There's also a bug flying nearby. I even thought at first that it was some kind of flaw in the frame, but it turned out that it was a real bug. And the tail again! This is the most important detail of this bird.
