It's currently -14 C (without Windchill factored in) and we have even had days (recently) in an around -30 C in the sunshine! Canadian cold is no joke... so we fit in all the fun stuff into the other half of the year! lol!
So yeah...

It sure would! But as you go UP it get's even colder (not to mention windier) soooo I think that I would opt for sending the GoPro for the balloon ride instead... at least this time of year! hahaha! 😰
