I've never had enough to actually use, so I rely on multiple layers of well-sealed bags, which has thankfully worked well for many years now. πππβ¨π€

I wonder if you have considered using (or at least trying to find) a "sovereignty-driven cloud storage" if one exists that meets your criteria for being actually "sovereignty-driven", where you can have (at least) one copy of your important files stored securely offsite. π€
Anyway, #HiveSuite already has a Drive functionality, which is working but only has 100 MB (not yet expandable) at the moment. π There's already much progress there compared to SPK FIles (which I can't easily find now). π€―π
Well, I've used MEGA for years, which is zero-knowledge end-to-end encrypted, but that's only 50 GB, so I have to prune it fairly often.
Yes, I saw that, and yeah, though I haven't tried it yet, and SPK kind of fell off the map it seems. πππβ¨π€

@savvytester would really like to buy and stake whatever token HiveSuite Drive would require to function similar to "Resource Credits" where the more tokens staked, the more storage and upload/download bandwidth can be used !INDEED. π

I like the idea, and I'd probably be game for that too. πππβ¨π€

That #HiveSuite Drive (and HiveSuite itself) seems to be far from being decentralized though (for now), so we can only !HOPE that its owner/operator continues its development for a long time !INDEED. π§ββοΈ

Yes, for the moment that's true. I'd love to see all of Hive's frontends open sourced and hosted by hundreds of people. πππβ¨π€
