        Hi trexdon, in this video I try to talk about tensile testing. Calculations aside, I'll try to explain the main concept simply below.
        The tensile test is a destructive mechanical test in which a standardized specimen is subjected to an increasing axial force until failure. It is used to study the mechanical behavior of the material under tensile stress.
