The part you mentioned that we should have a patient and charitable heart got me. If we can all have a good heart and kind to our neighbours and people around us, this world is going to be a better place for us all but what do we do instead, greed, selflessness and 'me' at all time. I must say that almost all of us are guilty of these by the look us 'ego' if it is not me it must not be another person. The doctor does good, and you are kind enough to acknowledge that.
