I love comfort. Greetings, beautiful ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for stopping by my blog. Question of the week says, "You've earned the money to buy a house, and you have two options." The first is a big and beautiful house, but one whose best year is behind it. It needs a lot of repairs and remodeling, and therefore its price is low. The second option is a small house; it is not as beautiful as the previous one, but you don't have to invest time or money in repairs, so its price is much higher than the previous one. What do you choose? Are you on the repair-my-like team or the buy-everything-and-fast team?

Well, I'm in team repair, I will go for the bigger house over again, First of all, my father's house is big; we have, like, five-bedroom apartment, almost everyone has enough space for himself, so at some point I'm already kind of used to comfort, if I have enough money to get a house for myself, one of the things I would like or look up to is a big house too, I don't care about repairs as far as I have the money to do so. Like if I have to stay on my own or buy a house, I will definitely get a bigger house. I don't care about the time spent, as long as at the end of the day I will get what I want.
I love comfort, so going for the bigger house, which needs repairs and remodeling, is not a problem to me; at least at the end of the day, I get to enjoy what I spend my money on. The truth is there is nothing on this earth that won't get old. Someone like me who is married with kids, what will I do with a small house? I need space, not just for me but for the kids too. Having a small house, at some point I will need to expand it as the kids are growing. I will definitely need more space.

I don't mind spending money and time remodeling the old big house; maybe even at the end of the day what I will spend will likely match the small house amount, so I don't mind going for the bigger house. Thank you for reading through.
