I couldn't agree with you more.. HSBI is a solid program and even though I forgot about it for quite some time due to abandoning my old account.. when I realised I could get them transferred, I was very happy to find out these funds weren't lost.

@josephsavage is a great example on how you should run a project long-term here on Hive I'd say. Customer support is great too :)
