The time difference I understand well having lived around the world at different points in my life. I honestly wouldn't mind moving back to the Caribbean again, that may be the eventual retirement destination!

It's good to believe in working in hard and speaking your mind. Beating around the bushes just drags out the uncomfortable period! And in the end we are just guests on this planet, and the universe really is in charge...

Caribbean would be an ideal destination for retirement, peaceful and relaxed life. I would love something like that, but I don't think I will ever be able to retire completely from my home duties with family.
Absolutely, Universe is in charge of everything. When things go our way, we feel it is our power of manifestation, to an extent true, but Universe plays a big role in it.
