It is! Lots of sun. Was at a wedding yesterday, so I'm a little hungover, but managed to drink enough water to not be half-dead 😅
What were they serving for drinks? Must have been potent to give you a hangover!
I drank beer. A lot of it. And a lot of water, especially towards the end. My friends and I are now getting into the age where hangovers are brutal, so I see to it that all of us drink enough water, running around with pitcher, serving a glass or two after each alcoholic drink we have. Works nicely.
I agree, at least one glass of water for each drink or you get dehydrated and very hungover!
Plus, I ate before going (they did serve food, but nothing I eat besides veggies and fruits), and threw in some extra vitamin B complex 😅
Never a bad idea! I really don't drink nearly as much as I used to, so I'm a lite weight! lol
We're trying to be more aware. When Lily is here, I don't drink inner week, only on weekends, and try to control it a lot. But it's not easy to change those habits.
I was the same when my son was in the house, now I don't have to worry so much but I limit myself. I don't need the extra calories! lol
