Rest of the sense:
Your senses are always being bombarded with stimuli from your around you, this could be mail, children making Noise, your phone or computer screen, sms , phone calls, kids,window glare, pasers by and more.
Even if you are not aware of this, but subconsciously , Your body and mind are taking in all of the information around you.
Anger, agitation, fury, and/or agitation are the signs that shows that your sensory are overloaded, this is caused by a large amount of information our sensory is taking note of.
If you require sensory rest, you may feel OK in the morning but get more agitated over the day.
No matter how busy you might be, taking time to engage in rest is something you should engage in. It refills you and makes you filled with new ideas and strength.
Not only that, your health is Paramount, as the saying goes "a healthy man is a wealthy" so your health should come first. So rest also has a way of improving our health.
