One thing about people from the Pacific Northwest, is that they are always extremely happy to help you with directions Lol!😇
Even hiking deep in the Mountains, Silvertop has occasionally needed to stop and ask one of our “Local’s” on the trail, for directions !😮

I think he’s a member of the 70’s rock band ZZ Top….. you know the guys with the long beards!”☺️

It’s always best to be prepared, and cautious, in the back country!
You might stumble across a Black Bear still hibernating……..they can get a bit testy!😳
Cot’s relatives are also on the prowl!
Food tends to become scarce this time of year for these big Cats, and Silvertop doesn’t want to become a new dinner entrée Lol!😺
That “guy” we passed, with the extra large bare feet………………..
I think he’s harmless, he’s been wandering these trails for years!
I think he Loves these Mountains as much or more than Silvertop Lol☺️
Maybe next hike I’ll bring him a Latte………and a razor Lol!🤣😇
